DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
Surfaceica currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
The total delivery time for your order consists of two stages: Processing Time + Courier Transit Time.
We work with trusted UK courier services to ensure your order is carefully packed and delivered safely.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT on weekdays will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends, will be processed on the next working day.
Before dispatch, every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

PARCEL INSURANCE
Every order includes free parcel protection for added peace of mind.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 5–6 days after your order has been dispatched, please contact us at support@surfaceica.com. We'll be happy to assist you in opening a missing parcel claim with the courier.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can use these details to follow your parcel from dispatch right through to delivery.
